At Velúr Bags, each order is prepared with care and attention to detail. We aim to deliver your purchase quickly, safely, and sustainably.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase.

  • During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Free standard shipping for orders over AUD $300.

  • Deliveries to regional or remote areas may take longer.


International Shipping

  • We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States, and selected international destinations.

  • International shipping is not free. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance process.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate.


Delivery Issues

Velúr Bags is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers or customs

  • Lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer pre-order items. Estimated dispatch dates are displayed on the product page and confirmed via email. Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production or shipping delays.


Packaging

All orders are shipped in recyclable packaging, and each bag includes a silk dust bag to protect your item — reflecting our commitment to sustainable luxury.
